Free Standard Shipping on all Domestic Orders! All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once your package leaves the warehouse, shipping takes 5-7 business days. Items within the same order may ship in multiple packages. Please note that preordered and customize items will have a longer delivery time. More details here.

Do you offer International Shipping?
We currently ship only to locations inside the United States and Canada.
Canada Shipping: Standard (7- 12 Business Days): $10 Flat Rate.
Preordered and Customize items:
It's not here yet..but it’s coming soon! All preordered items can take about 2-3 weeks to ship from our warehouse.
If you placed other items in the same order, your order will ship in multiple packages so that it can be delivered to you sooner.
Once your order has been placed, our manufacture will make the piece based on your request and can take a bit more time to be processed. All customized items can take about 2-3 weeks to process and ship directly from our manufacture.
How do I check my order status?
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your order.

What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?
You can change your shipping address up to 24 hours after placing your order. Please Contact Us and provide your Order Number + New Shipping Address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. Please double-check all addresses before placing an order.
If your package is shipped back to us due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a $5 fee so we can re-ship your package. If you would not like your package sent back, we will charge a restocking fee of $7. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.
