Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us.
- If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we allow 12-day free returns from the day of receipt. Item must be in original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear.
- Please Contact us and include a Return request with your order number + Reason for the Return.
- After receiving your item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment only.
Please note: Customize items are Final Sale items and not eligible for return.
Do we offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer direct exchanges. To exchange for products with the same value or more, we’ll have to receive the returned item first to issue the credit for the new order.
For example, if you want to exchange a ring size that did not fit, we suggest you follow the steps to return the ring size that did not fit you for a full refund or store credit and place an order for the new size online.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
If your item arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, we’ll ask for photos to verify the damage and confirm which incorrect item was shipped.
Once we receive the photos, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label to ship the item back to our warehouse, we will then send you a replacement.
Can I cancel or adjust my order?
We cannot cancel or update discount codes to orders after they have been placed. Please carefully check all your information is correct before placing it. We can only update the shipping address for up to 24 hours. Please contact us to update addresses before the item is shipped.
